When I joined Afnan Perfumes, I didn’t walk into an established digital ecosystem.
I walked into a brand with only one live country website — and a massive opportunity ahead of it.
The mission was clear:

So I transformed a single website into a multi-country Shopify network, built a performance-driven digital marketing system, and established marketplace operations that now power Afnan’s global reach.

When I joined Afnan Perfumes, the brand had only one active website. To scale globally, we needed a localized, high-performance Shopify ecosystem built for multiple markets.
So I built it – from the ground up.
What began as a single site grew into 28+ country-specific stores across Afnan Perfumes and Zimaya Perfumes, each tailored with its own pricing, UX, payment methods, logistics, and compliance needs.
I transformed a one-website setup into a synchronized, multi-store Shopify engine powering global growth.
When I joined Afnan Perfumes, the digital landscape didn’t exist yet – no advertising accounts, no Google Ads, no Meta Ads, no tracking, no funnels, and no structured marketing foundation. It was a clean slate with enormous potential.
So I built everything from the ground up.
I set up every ad account, created the full campaign architecture, designed funnels, crafted audiences, implemented tracking, and established a data-driven performance marketing system across multiple countries.
What started from zero became one of the brand’s most powerful growth drivers.
I led the expansion of our brand into every major marketplace – Amazon, Noon, TikTok Shop, Namshi, Trendyol, SHEIN, and Myntra – building a unified presence with consistent branding, high-quality listings, and premium content that strengthened how customers discovered us across platforms.
